As part of the registration process, you will be invited to create a username and password. This will allow you to log into the conference website and to download letters of invitation and your receipt of payment. Please note that we will only accept registration online and that a credit card is required for payment. Thai participants will have the additional option to pay via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
We will refund 50% of the registration fee for any cancellations made from July 30 to August 30, 2025, inclusive (GMT +7).
